Heather Wadlington, Practice Manager

An Arizona native, Heather graduated from Arizona State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Business. She has extensive experience in the medical skin care industry and a strong knowledge of PCA SKIN products and treatments. She has always been interested in dermatology and skin cancer prevention, especially since her father was diagnosed with Melanoma in 2004. As Practice Manager for Dr. Linder, Heather’s industry experience, product knowledge and passion for skin care makes her an asset to the practice as she assists patients with everything from insurance questions to product selection.
Shirley Kelly, RN, BSN, CMLT

Shirley is a registered nurse with a BA and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University. She enjoyed a career in ICU and OR/surgical nursing before finding her true passion and becoming an aesthetic nurse specialist. Shirley assists Dr. Linder in surgery and administers Botox®, dermal fillers and chemical peel treatments. She also performs laser hair removal and laser vein treatments.
She is certified to administer Botox® and dermal fillers, as well as laser treatments. To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and quality patient care services, Shirley continues to attend numerous advanced training courses and aesthetic conferences.

Collette Curfman, LE, CMLT

Collette Curfman is a licensed aesthetician in two states, having graduated from both the Midwest College of Cosmetology in Bloomington, IL and D’Armi Esthetic University in Scottsdale, AZ. She has also completed a 40 hour laser certification course at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, and has extensive experience performing laser treatments as well as chemical peels and microdermabrasion.
In addition to assisting Dr. Linder with various patient procedures, Collette administers aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels and microdermabrasion, and performs laser hair removal and vein treatments.
Always focused on continuing education and training, Collette has completed all three of PCA SKIN’s training certification classes: Skin Biology & Chemical Peel Seminar, Product Knowledge Seminar and Advanced Treatment Technologies. She possesses extensive knowledge of PCA SKIN treatments and daily care products, and is skilled at creating customized treatment regimens for her patients in order to address various skin concerns such as rosacea, acne, aging skin and hyperpigmentation (brown spots/Melasma).

Sandy Newton, LE, Medical Assistant

Sandy became a licensed Medical Assistant in Kansas City in 1985. She has over 22 years of experience in the medical field, working in plastic surgery, neurology and urgent care. In 1997, Sandy relocated with her family to Arizona and decided to pursue her passion for skincare. She enrolled in the esthetic program at International Academy of Aesthetics and became licensed in 2007. She is certified to perform PCA Peels and is an expert on the entire PCA daily care product line.
Karla Pizzaro, LE, CMLT,
Receptionist

Karla graduated from National Aesthetics Institute of
Scottsdale and obtained her Esthetics license in 2003. She is
certified laser technician and has worked with various lasers in the
medical spa setting. Karla is also PCA certified, has attended the
PCA Chemical Peel Training and the Advanced Treatment Technologies
course. An Arizona Native, Karla speaks fluent Spanish and is
currently pursuing a degree in Communication at Scottsdale Community
College. She has five pets that are her children, loves to exercise
and is an avid karaoke singer.
Lisa Short,
Clinical Trial Coordinator

Originally from Cottonwood, AZ, Lisa attended the State
University of New York at Purchase and graduated with a Bachelor of
Arts in Theatre. After completing an internship with an apparel
company in New York she returned to Arizona and applied for a
position with PCA Skin®. After an extensive and competitive
interview process Lisa was selected and hired as Product Development
Coordinator. Lisa’s adaptability, administrative skills and positive
attitude made her the perfect candidate to lead the new Clinical
Trial department within Dr. Linder’s practice. Lisa is PCA certified
and did a great deal of ingredient and product research in her
former position. An excellent cook and animal lover, Lisa is very
passionate about conservation and the environment.
Angela
Oglesbee, LE, Clinical Trial Esthetician

Angela graduated from Western Washington University in
Bellingham, WA with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in with a
concentration in Nutrition. After many years in the fitness
industry, Angela developed an interest in acne and skincare, so she
enrolled at the Euro Institute of Esthetics in Renton, WA and became
a licensed Esthetician. Angela is PCA Certified and has attended
both the PCA Chemical Peel Training and the Advanced Treatment
Technologies Course. In addition, she has taken many specialty
classes at the Dermal Institute and has been trained by Skin Medica.
After, securing a job with PCA Skin® as a Physician’s Consultant
Angela and her family relocated to Scottsdale, AZ. Angela was
quickly recruited into the Clinical Trial program because of her
extensive product knowledge and experience. A mother of three,
Angela loves to hike and is an avid reader.
